| Susan Sullivan owner of Jean's Unlimited could not at this time, take on the responsibilities of a Director on the DBA Board. She approached Perry Harris who she respects and feels will add value to the Board. Perry has been attending the DBA meetings as the liaison between the Parry Sound Area Chamber of Commerce and the DBA.
Perry, a long time resident of Parry Sound brings his extensive knowledge of the businesses in the area, along with the ability to work with a variety of groups. Perry's vision is for the Downtown and the Chamaber to partner on more projects, knowing that when the Downtown is sucessful the area wins. |

| I am a proud building owner in Downtown Parry Sound. The building located at 36 James Street was Parry Sounds first Post Office and in recent years is the locaton of Florence's Finery. I am committed to promoting a thriving and friendly Downtown and see a prosperous Downtown as being a critical aspect of economic growth for Parry Sound and the surrounding areas. "Downtowns" by their very nature represents the "heart" and "personality" of a community. We are fortunate in Parry Sound to have one of the most beautiful settings anywhere. I look forward to partnering with the businesses downtown and all stakeholders in Parry Sound and surrounding area to promote and enhance OUR DOWNTOWN |

| Daryl McMurray is owner of Georgian Bay Software located at 42 Gibson St. Parry Sound. Daryl has been a member of the Downtown Business Association for several years. He started as a business owner, interested in helping Downtown to progress while keeping the small town atomsphere. After a couple of years Daryl then accepted the position of CHAIR, representing the DBA at Council and in the community. At the last DBA election he took the position as 2nd Chair. This position, he felt, gave him more time to work on the DBA web site and other media venues to advertise our Downtown and events. |

| Angelika was the owner of Florence's Finnery for more then 6 years, until the summer of 2010, She moved on to help her husband with his construction business Distler Construction to their new location. Distler Construction opened in the Downtown in the fall of 2010. Angelika is dedicated to keeping Downtown attractive and encouraging all to experience what our unique Downtown has to offer. |

| Shirlene is the new kid on the Board. Working in the Downtown for several years she well know. Royal LePage requested Shirlene be their representative knowing she bring to the Board a drive to assist that Downtown prospers. With her many contacts and knowledge of other working Boards Shirlene will be invaluable to our events, as well as our current and future projects |
